Position Description: Construction Installation Laborer
Moss Landscaping, Inc. is a full-service landscape firm serving the Greater Houston area, including River Oaks, Memorial, West University and The Heights. From the maintenance and enhancement of your existing property, to the design and installation of the outdoor areas for your new home, Moss Landscaping is here to serve your landscape needs
We are looking for energetic and hard-working individuals that are ready to join the Moss Landscaping Construction team! Workers are responsible for following instructions from crew leaders and supervisors in order to complete new landscaping installation projects.
Physical Requirements:
• Workers are responsible for working through the new installation of landscapes.
• Tasks such as laying sod, planting trees, digging holes and trenches.
• As a Landscaping Installation Laborer you will need to use manual hand tools like shovels and grading rakes.
• Must be able to move soil and mulch with a wheel barrow.
• Physically able to bend and twist body.
• Constant kneeling, crouching, squatting, pushing, pulling and walking.
• Must be able to lift or move objects up to 75 pounds.
• Employee must be able to work outdoors in the elements such as extreme heat or cold.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN HIGH-END CONSTRUCTION LANDSCAPING OR SIMILAR ROLE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
Work Requirements:
• Must be able to arrive at work by 6:30am.
• Driver’s license is a plus.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
