Are you excited to join a talented team and help bring innovative technology to veterinary professionals? 


Jorgensen Laboratories is seeking a full-time, experienced, and dedicated veterinary technician to join our Technical Customer Support and Care team. This team-oriented role is primarily responsible for providing technical support and product education to veterinary clinics, distributors, and regional sales managers regarding Jorvet products and services. 


Essential Responsibilities

· Promptly respond to all inbound customer calls and inquiries.

· Deliver professional service while building strong relationships with customers.

· Identify and assess customer needs through in-depth knowledge of products to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Serve as a product specialist for assigned product lines, supporting product launches and lifecycle activities.

· Handle customer concerns and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

· Provide comprehensive product support for selected equipment, including troubleshooting and guiding customers through repair processes via customer service and technical support lines.

· Collaborate closely with the outside sales team.

· Participate in sales meetings and selected conferences as assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum of five years (5) of experience in a veterinary clinic.

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

· Strong communication and attention to detail skills. 

· Problem solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

· Time management and the ability to multi-task.

· Ability to prepare correspondence, develop reports and enter customer data as needed.

· Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

· Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and applicable insurance. 

· CRM and Cloud Suite familiarity preferred.
