We're pleased to partner with our client on their search for a Laboratory Manager (referred to as a Branch Manager within their organization). This is a directhire, immediatestart opportunity.

Your day to day.'

This is a fulltime, onsite role for a Laboratory Manager based in Milwaukee. For this client, the Laboratory Manager also serves as the Branch Manager, overseeing all daytoday laboratory operations. This includes managing equipment, supervising laboratory staff, and ensuring compliance with all quality and regulatory standards.

In this role, the Laboratory Manager will support all client needs and work closely with the Business Development Manager, Key Account Managers, and other members of leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting their employees, fostering a positive team culture, and serving as a mentor. The ideal candidate leads with accountability, communication, and a genuine commitment to developing their team.

Key responsibilities include leading research and development initiatives, coordinating team activities, maintaining strict safety protocols, and driving continuous process improvements. The Laboratory Manager is also responsible for accurate data analysis and reporting to support organizational goals.

Position requirements'

  • Proven P&L management experience
  • Strong leadership background
  • Experience working within a testing laboratory environment
  • Experience in an accredited laboratory setting
  • Forecasting and budgeting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and utilize pivot tables
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and support key accounts
  • Experience working in military laboratory environments is considered a plus
  • Relocation is available for the right candidate.

Salary DOE- $ 105,000- $125,000
