Quality Internship

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
Document Management:
  • Assisting with the maintenance and organization of QMS documents, procedures, and forms.
  • Ensuring documents are up-to-date and compliant with relevant standards.
  • Uploading and organizing files in electronic systems.
  • Control & manage process & equipment changes

Process Management:
  • Organize and process operational process deviations in SAP system
  • Schedule and monitor layered process audits
  • Collecting data from various sources to support QMS reporting and analysis.
  • Assisting with data cleaning, analysis, and structuring of reports.

Audit Management:
  • Perform process audits against core documentation
  • Conduct process checks

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
