Job description

Position Summary

The Quality Analyst provides general administrative and operational support to the Quality team. This role focuses on maintaining documentation, assisting with reports, and supporting daily quality activities to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with updating and maintaining quality records and documentation
  • Support preparation of basic reports and data entry (scrap, defects, etc.)
  • Help organize and maintain quality files and records
  • Assist with customer complaint documentation and follow-up tracking
  • Support audit preparation activities (gathering and organizing documents)
  • Assist with corrective action tracking under direction of Quality team
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure documents are completed and filed properly
  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality department
  • Assist with communication and follow-up on open items

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or administrative support role
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
