Quality Process Coordinator
Location: Holly, MI
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Overtime)
Pay: $23.50/hour

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quality Process Coordinator for a leading manufacturing facility in Holly, MI. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package starting on Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and more.
This position is ideal for someone with a welding or fabrication background who is looking to transition into a quality-focused role. Rather than welding production parts, you'll help develop manufacturing processes, create work instructions, inspect new products, and ensure production is set up for success.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed work instructions and in-process documentation from engineering prints and customer specifications.
Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings to create manufacturing instructions.
Create component drawings, process books, and production documentation for new and existing products.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) on new products before production begins.
Conduct first-piece inspections during production start-up to verify quality and conformance.
Mark up production samples to identify weld locations, dimensions, inspection points, and critical characteristics.
Develop and maintain quality control plans and manufacturing documentation.
Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve production issues.
Assist with new product launches by ensuring documentation, inspections, and quality requirements are complete.
Maintain accurate inspection records and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
3–5 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or manufacturing.
Strong blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation skills.
Understanding of fabrication processes, welding methods, fixtures, and quality inspection techniques.
Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating manufacturing work instructions or process documentation.
Previous quality, process, or manufacturing engineering support experience.
Familiarity with First Article Inspections (FAI), Control Plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
