Inspector Team Lead (Quality/Manufacturing)Position Overview

We are seeking an Inspector Team Lead to support and help lead our inspection team in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. This is a hands-on quality control, inspection, and team support role focused on ensuring inspection accuracy, maintaining quality standards, identifying defects, documenting results, and communicating quality concerns to leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support inspectors to ensure inspection work is completed accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
  • Perform quality inspections and monitor inspection activities for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Identify, document, investigate, and communicate quality issues, defects, and concerns.
  • Review and maintain inspection records, quality reports, and required documentation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to verify product requirements.
  • Use precision inspection tools and support calibration and proper use of inspection equipment.
  • Assist with quality-control procedures, internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate production, inspection, and quality concerns to supervisors and management.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, documentation, and communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in quality control, quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or a related field preferred.
