We're looking for a Quality Inspector II / Quality Support Specialist to help ensure incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products meet strict quality and regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing
  • Perform inspections on incoming materials, work-in-process components, and finished products

  • Investigate and document non-conforming materials and quality concerns
  • Monitor production quality trends using Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Complete quality documentation and support compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Audit manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Train and support production employees on quality expectations and inspection methods
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
  • Experience using measuring tools and reading blueprints or engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience working with small components and precision inspection
  • Comfortable using computers, documentation systems, and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical device, electronics, or regulated manufacturing experience
  • Cleanroom experience
  • Microscope inspection experience
  • Knowledge of SPC and quality systems
  • Experience with SmartScope equipment

12-Hour Rotating Night Shift

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
