What You'll Do
- Perform incoming and receiving inspections on manufactured components and materials
- Utilize microscopes, calipers, micrometers, Microvues, and CMM equipment to verify product specifications
- Inspect PCBAs, solder joints, and electronic assemblies for quality and conformance
- Review travelers, drawings, and conformance reports
- Document inspection results in Smartsheet, Excel, and quality management systems
- Identify and disposition non-conforming materials
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
QualificationsRequired:- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulated environment
- Experience using microscopes, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection fixtures
- Ability to identify and document non-conformances
- Experience working with quality systems and inspection documentation
Preferred:
- PCBA inspection experience
- IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-620 certification (current or previous)
- Experience with CMM and Microvue equipment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
