Job description

Are you a quality-focused leader with aerospace manufacturing experience? Join a growing aerospace manufacturer in Lynnwood as a Quality Inspection Supervisor and lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality products. 

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

Quality Inspection Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and support a team of Quality Inspectors 
  • Schedule daily inspection work to keep production on track 
  • Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement 
  • Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) 
  • Manage nonconforming materials and quality documentation 
  • Approve purchase orders and support new product launches 
  • Conduct internal quality and safety audits 
  • Hire, coach, and develop employees 
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to solve quality issues 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Pay: $101,817-$138,945 annual salary

Quality Inspection Supervisor Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment 
  • 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience 
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret specifications 
  • Knowledge of quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing best practices 
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field 
  • Experience with AS9100, AS9102, FAIRs, CMMs, Keyence systems, or similar inspection equipment is preferred
