Job description

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting all corporate quality assurance systems. This position is responsible for coordinating quality documentation, managing customer complaints, and performing data reporting and trend analysis. The coordinator provides administrative support for the Digital Quality Management System (DQMS) and cross-trains to assist with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) administration to ensure alignment with customer, corporate, and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages documentation for current and new customer approvals
  • Audits schedule management
  • Reviews and compares of customer specifications
  • Manages internal and customer specification folders
  • Responsible for complaint management reporting and trend analysis
  • Point of contact for entry and tracking of complaint programs
  • Assists in coordinating the review and closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to customer complaints and customer audit findings
  • Back-up representative for DII QA team on regulatory and customer virtual workshops
  • Cross-trains in LIMS to support LIMS Administrator
  • Provides administrative support for the DQMS program
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or related experience in Quality or similar equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4 years degree in Agribusiness, Quality Management or other preferred
  • Familiarity or experience working with quality management systems, specifically Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Digital Quality Management Systems (DQMS)
  • Strong analytical and data literacy skills
  • Work well with others in a team environment
  • Highly organized; superior time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • Good math and computer skills
  • Self starter; self motivated
