Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with hospital policies and standards of nursing practice.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond appropriately.

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure effective care coordination.

Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly

Educate patients and families regarding conditions, procedures, and ongoing care needs.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure patient safety.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

Valid NC LPN license, RN license or Compact State RN license required

BCLS required
