What You'll Do

As our Engineering Manager, you'll serve as both a strategist and a mentor-guiding our engineering team to create custom deliverables that exceed expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of mechanical engineers
  • Leading performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and professional growth planning
  • Optimizing engineering workflows to increase throughput, reduce waste, and streamline handoffs with production teams
  • Troubleshooting design issues with an analytical, solutions-oriented approach
  • Owning the Engineering group's performance indicators and budget

Compensation package includes:

What You Bring

The right Engineering Manager is strong on follow-through, a problem solver and accountable.

The skills needed:

  • 10+ years of combined experience in design engineering
  • Deep understanding of machining and related manufacturing processes
  • Experience leading and mentoring direct reports including excellent communication and the ability to hold others accountable.
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing design or production challenges
  • Ability to guide engineers through concept development, 3D modeling, prints, tolerances, and manufacturability reviews
  • A mindset focused on efficiency, quality improvement, and cost savings
  • Demonstrated SolidWorks experience and fluency
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) is preferred.
