This role exists to strengthen process capability, ensure documentation accuracy, and help resolve quality concerns with speed and clarity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead APQP/PPAP activities, including submissions, revisions, and record control
- Apply GD&T interpretation to support inspection plans, measurement strategy, and part acceptance
- Analyze quality data, drive corrective/preventive actions, and verify effectiveness
- Coordinate customer communication on quality topics, including responses and follow-up
- Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to reduce variation and improve yields
Required qualifications/skills:
- 5+ years of plastics injection experience
- 5+ years of PPAP experience
- 5+ years of GD&T experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience
