Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our clients team in Manchester, MI. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data to track trends and develop solutions to reduce defects
  • Implement, review, and support SPC requirements and reaction plans.
  • Perform routine testing, destructive, tensile, surface, torque, and cleanliness.
  • Complete repeatability and reliability testing.
  • Enters SPC data collection, documents and maintains trends as required by control plan.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports
  • Investigate product non-conformances and implement corrective actions
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • CAD Experience
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
