Job Description

·                     Oversee and manage the Quality Department for the entire plant operation

·                     Lead PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements

·                     Conduct First Article Inspections to validate production readiness and product conformance

·                     Drive Root Cause Analysis and implement effective Corrective Actions to resolve quality issues

·                     Manage and respond to 8D reports, ensuring thorough problem resolution

·                     Supervise and mentor two Quality Technicians, fostering team development

·                     Collaborate cross-functionally with a hands-on, proactive approach to quality assurance

·                     Support quality initiatives in roll forming and spot welding manufacturing processes

·                     Travel to other plant locations as needed, up to 25% of the time

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment

·                     Bachelor's degree highly preferred; Associate's degree candidates with high-level skills and relevant experience will be considered
