Job description

Meadowlands Family Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our office team. Our goals are to create a comfortable, friendly and productive work environment where our patients can develop a strong and trusting relationship with us. If you are looking for a practice to join in the near future we would be delighted to meet you.

  • Pay range- $25-$26 dollars per hour
  • Radiology certification is required
  • Some examples of daily tasks include:
  • Set up and shut down of operatories at beginning and end of work day.
  • Disinfecting and packaging dental instruments for sterilization procedures following accepted protocol.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of dental equipment (e.g., cleaning of autoclaves and x-ray film processors)
  • Performing basic dental laboratory procedures (examples: model pouring, taking impressions, etc.)
  • Providing assistance in the dental reception area as needed is a bonus
