This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, maintaining detailed records of quality checks, and identifying areas for improvement. The specialist collaborates with production and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as those set by the FDA and GMP regulations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of industry standards are essential for success in this position. We are hiring for 1st and 2nd Shift.
