The Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management supports key initiatives across DaVita's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department. This role contributes to various risk disciplines, including Business Continuity (BC), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Corporate Insurance, and broader ERM initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Analyst performs task-based work to support organization is prepared to identify, respond to, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks and disruptive events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support key initiatives across Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk Management, and Corporate Insurance programs
  • Support Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and annual Business Continuity Plan maintenance cycle Assist in the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide business continuity and response plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational priorities
  • Coordinate and support business continuity exercises and tabletop simulations, including scenario development, logistics, facilitation, and after-action reporting
  • Maintain and administer risk and business continuity planning platforms: support user access, data integrity, and issue resolution tracking
  • Analyze risk and continuity data to identify trends, vulnerabilities, and gaps across the enterprise; assist in developing actionable insights and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Third-Party Risk Management program including
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and presentations using PowerPoint and data visualization tools
  • Provide administrative and project support for enterprise risk initiatives, including meeting coordination, documentation, and reporting
  • Stay current on industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes impacting ERM, business continuity, and corporate insurance
  • Performs other duties as requested or assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong technology skills and interest, with the ability to understand how systems, applications, data, and integrations support business processes
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work
  • Agile and adaptable with the ability to change priorities and seamlessly transitions between diverse roles to support the team
  • Proficiency in data visualization and presentation development (PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools) preferred
  • Strong Excel and database management skills
  • Familiarity with process mapping, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Awareness of ISO standards related to risk management and business continuity (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 31000)
  • Enjoys working as part of a small team and demonstrates a teamwork-oriented mindset, modeling core values and belonging behaviors
  • Familiarity in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies in risk and continuity planning
