Job description

Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality systems, product testing, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing audits, overseeing corrective actions, and ensuring products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Analyze quality metrics, customer scorecards, and production data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage product testing programs and ensure compliance with customer and internal specifications.
- Oversee CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes and drive root cause analysis activities.
- Conduct and coordinate internal and external quality audits.
- Supervise and develop Quality Assurance personnel.
- Manage supplier quality issues, including Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
- Oversee metrology and calibration programs to ensure measurement accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience managing quality systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or comparable quality management standards.
- Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to analyze quality data and implement process improvements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
