Key Qualifications Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in this state Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and QAPI programs Strong understanding of CMS regulations and state survey processes Experience with clinical audits, data tracking, and performance improvement initiatives Strong analytical and leadership skills Position Summary The RN Quality Assurance Nurse is responsible for leading and overseeing the facilitys Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program .
