Job description

D&J Construction Company, a leading highway contractor in Louisiana, is seeking a detail-oriented Asphalt Aggregate Tester to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that asphalt paving operations meet required specifications and quality standards.


Position Overview:  The Asphalt Tester is responsible for sampling and testing aggregates used in Hot Mix Asphalt production. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively.
  • Monitor and test asphalt aggregates. 
  • Ensure all testing and documentation comply with industry regulations and project requirements.
