The role oversees inspection processes, quality audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and standards.

· Lead and supervise QC inspectors, technicians, and quality personnel.

· Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

· Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify quality issues.

· Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports.

· Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality concerns.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

· Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and other departments to improve product quality.

· Manage supplier quality evaluations and audits.

· Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience.

· 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
