Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a manager, you will supervise our cleaning operations in a high-end finished office setting, ensuring every area reflects our standards of cleanliness with professionalism. Your leadership and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in guiding your team to deliver outstanding results.

You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals. Your attention to detail and leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining the quality of our services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facility through custodial and commercial cleaning duties as well as management duties.

You will be scheduled for 20 hours every week cleaning shifts, and 20 hours of management. This position is also in charge of small weekend accounts.

Management duties include:

  • Dropping off supplies to accounts/ employees
  • Covering call ins/ possible weekend coverage if someone calls in
  • Ability to accurately complete digital reports in our cleaning software and submit weekly written reports.

Cleaning Duties: - Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as needed - Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals.

As the manager in addition to cleaning duties: - Supervise and manage the team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety are met. Conduct regular daily check-ins with team leads to assess the progress of assigned tasks and ensure completion. Audit cleaned areas daily to verify that all spaces meet company cleanliness standards and client expectations. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring teams are fully stocked and prepared.

Requirements: - Proven experience in cleaning, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred - Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail - Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
