Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Inspector in New Kensington, PA. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections of machined components and products to ensure they meet quality standards. Daily tasks include performing quality checks and measurements, documenting findings, collaborating with team members to resolve quality concerns, and ensuring compliance with internal and external specifications. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively to maintain quality assurance processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Inspection processes
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, GagePack calibration tracking software
  • Experience with Optical Comparators, Contour Tracer, Indicators, Calipers, Micrometers, and CMM's
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inspections
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
  • Experience working in manufacturing or machining environments is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training is advantageous
