Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance activities for NERC registered projects.
  • Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.
  • Work with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities.
  • Lead meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and more.
  • Manage workflow for Compliance Analyst.

Required Qualifications & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.

Experience Required
  • 3+ years' work experience in NERC Compliance

Experience Preferred
  • 4+ years actively managing/supporting a Generator Owner and/or Generator Operator compliance program

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications Preferred
  • Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards
  • NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred

Company/Industry Related Knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Additional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable

This position is fully remote and may be based anywhere in the United States.
The target hiring range for this position is $100,000-130,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors. This range is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific salary.
