Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer and mathematical skills. Working knowledge of basic measuring devices and machines. Must have the ability to effectively understand proper documentation and handling of paperwork involved with departmental operations. Perform required checks during daily production. Perform required inspections following sanitation. Understand basic production flow and operation. Ability to enter, read, and understand data related to quality checks and inspections. Required to follow all safety procedures and programs. Required to follow all GMP rules and regulations. Requires the ability to bend, lift, carry, push, and pull varying weights up to 50 pounds, sometimes in awkward positions. Requires extensive walking, climbing, and some crawling. Must be able to demonstrate sustained attention to detail when working with diagrams, prints, manuals, and processing specifications. Other duties as required or assigned by Management.
