Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities will include:

  • QC Supervision: Supervise QC technicians on all shifts responsible for Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Product Sampling, Finished Product Testing, and label issuance.
  • Batch Record Review: Review department documentation in Batch Records for compliance to procedures and specifications.
  • Incoming Inspection: Review and release/reject incoming material, maintain completed records. Supervise sampling and testing of all incoming materials.
  • Training: Perform task training, cGMP training for QC technicians.
  • Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures applicable to the QC area. Initiate new procedures as required.
  • Protocols/Experiments: Supervise the execution of applicable validation protocols, development/investigatory experiments. Evaluate data and prepare written reports as necessary.
  • Documentation Review/Approval: Review SOPs, specifications, protocols, inspection reports, testing results, etc.
  • Initiate, review, and/or perform department approval for Incident/Investigational Reports.
  • Perform staff evaluations.
  • Additional duties as required.
