12-Hour Rotating Shift (Days/Nights)
  • Rotating schedule with A, B, C, and D shift teams
  • Includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
  • Every other weekend off

Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Control Lab Tech to perform routine analytical chemistry testing in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. The candidate will be responsible for conducting routine QC testing, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting process control and final quality inspection activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine analytical chemistry tests accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct wet chemical and instrumental analyses for process control and final QC inspection
  • Maintain accurate QC records and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy of finished product analysis
  • Follow GMP/GLP practices and laboratory safety procedures
  • Communicate testing results, issues, and priorities to supervisors and production teams
  • Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and routine supplies in the work area
  • Participate in safety initiatives and training activities
  • Report errors, unusual conditions, or incidents promptly

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Science or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Previous analytical testing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with GMP/GLP (Good Manufacturing/Laboratory Practices)
  • Understanding of wet chemistry techniques
  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database entry
  • Ability to follow detailed technical instructions
