Job description

Growing clinical laboratory seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join the team on the 3pm–11pm shift. This role is responsible for performing laboratory testing and ensuring accurate, timely results to support patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing on blood, urine, and other patient samples

  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers

  • Ensure accuracy and quality control of test results

  • Follow lab protocols and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, etc.)

  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of results

Requirements:

  • Must be ASCP or AMT certified

  • Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technician required

  • Prior clinical laboratory experience required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment
