QC Supervisor Role Overview
Provides day-to-day supervision of Quality Control department and functions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provides direction to Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians.
  • Ensures all syrup, ingredient, and product testing is performed according to guidelines.
  • Ensures all lab equipment is calibrated according to guidelines.
  • Ensures all concentrate and raw materials are inventoried accurately.
  • Maintains accurate record keeping.
  • Fills in for syrup blenders and Quality Control Technicians when necessary.
  • Provides back-up for the Quality Control Technician and manages Quality Control department in the Quality Control Manager's absence.
  • Responsible for Food Safety where applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
