Job Description
The world's leader in innovative, energy solutions, Solar Turbines, is looking for an experienced Inspector to manage quality control processes at our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, facility. The Inspector will manage in depth analysis and documentation using Manual as well as machine validations. Primary language for CMM/Laser inspection machines is PCDMIS -2021
Candidates shall perform detailed inspections and complete job documentation. In addition to CMM it is helpful to have a working knowledge of:
  • Vernier, dial & digital calipers
  • Surface plates
  • Gage blocks & length standards
  • Bore gages (all types)
  • Tube, blade, groove and depth micrometers
  • Thread plug gages, ring gages
  • Height gages
  • Radius gages
  • Conduct Deburr Checks

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience with quality assurance, mechanical inspection or machining experience from a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of PCDMIS solid model use and inspection

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient Geometry and Trigonometry skills.
  • GD&T understanding (ASME Y 14.5)

Summary Pay Range:
$24.00 - $36.00
