QC Operator
Salary Range: $20.00
Temp to Hire
Shift: 9AM - 5:30PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-process inspections at various production stages.
  • Check raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products for quality compliance.
  • Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) and related lab equipment (thermo chamber, convection oven, tensile testing machine, etc.) to verify specifications.
  • Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
  • Identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming products.
  • Inform production supervisors of quality issues.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Collaborate with Sales, QA and Customer Support functions on all phases of customer feedback and product issue resolution.
  • Monitor production processes to prevent defects.
  • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience (Quality/Engineering preferred).
  • 2-3 years experience in QA/QC/IPQC position in manufacturing plants (electronics, consumer electronics, food processing, pharmaceutical, etc. fields) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control principles.
  • Ability to read drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
  • Familiarity with measuring instruments.
  • Attention to detail and good observation skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.
  • Strong communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
