Quality Inspector Position Overview:ย 
ย The QAQC Inspector is responsible for overseeing daily quality control operations across multiple production areas,ย 
ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer expectations. This role serves as a key point of contact for site-related
issues, supports inspection activities, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within theย 
organization.ย 
Key Roles and Responsibilities:ย 
Quality Control Oversight:

  • ย Supervise daily QAQC activities in Assembly, Powder Coating, Shipping/Receiving, and Vendor Finished goods.
  • ย Ensure proper execution of in-process and final inspections.
  • ย Input inspection results into internal and bridged systems.
  • ย Participate in inspection rotations to support operations.ย 

Customer & Site Issue Resolution:ย 

  • Act as the primary contact for customer-reported issues.
  • Monitor incoming customer feedback and respond promptly to site needs.
  • Coordinate material procurement and vendor requirements with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers for installation-related support.
  • ย Escalate recurring issues or trends to the QAQC Program Manager.ย 
  • Manage inspections within applicable jurisdictions.
  • ย Establish criteria and perform calibrations on measurement tools.ย 

Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions:ย 
o Investigate non-conformances in collaboration with the QAQC team.ย 
o Support implementation of corrective actions to enhance product quality.ย 

Documentation & Standards:ย 
o Assist in generating and maintaining documentation aligned with ISO 9001 standards.ย 
o Define quality standards and ensure document control.

Team & Communication Support:ย 
o Support production teams in meeting quality targets.ย 
o Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.ย 
Minimum Requirementsย 
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.ย 
Adaptability in a dynamic production environment.ย 
Effective verbal and written communication skills.ย 
Experience in quality control, inspection, and ISO 9001 documentation preferred.ย 
Strong attendance historyย
