Job Overview:
Quality Control Inspectors are responsible for reducing scrap, material reduction and increase productivity on the production floors. They troubleshoot quality issues with product processes. The work closely with operations team to ensure process controls are in place to meet standard requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely inspections of machines and finished products
  • Complete quality reports hourly
  • Verify specific dimensions and material usage to assist in cost reduction
  • Eliminate non-conforming products.
  • Meet production goals
  • May be responsible to perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Comply with OSHA Regulations
  • Non-temperature controlled; frequently exposed to very hot or cold temperatures
  • Mostly indoor, industrial setting, but occasionally work outdoors
  • Regularly exposed to loud sounds and noise levels

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings required
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motion for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
