Job Title
Quality Control Inspector Lead
Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Lead all Quality Control while ensuring quality procedures are consistently followed throughout production.
-Perform and oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections; verify raw materials and finished products meet customer specifications, drawings, POs, and quality requirements.
-Maintain accurate inspection records, production quality data, calibration records, non-conforming material documentation, and statistical reports.
-Maintain the company"s Quality Management System (QMS), support customer complaint resolution, identify training needs, and provide quality metrics during management reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
-Experience with production processes, quality inspection techniques, and statistical methods used in manufacturing environments.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings and use microscopes, precision measuring equipment, and other visual inspection tools.
-Strong organizational, communication, computer, data-entry, and reporting skills.
-Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 quality standards and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
-Experience supervising QC personnel and maintaining a manufacturing QMS.
