Quality Control InspectorAbout the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections to ensure products meet engineering drawings, customer requirements, and quality standards. This role supports manufacturing operations through precision inspection, documentation, quality reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform receiving, in-process, First Article Inspection (FAI), and final inspections

  • Verify product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements

  • Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation and database records

  • Review and approve material certifications and special process certifications

  • Conduct inspections using precision measuring equipment and visual inspection tools

  • Support operators, inspectors, engineers, and production teams with quality-related inquiries

  • Follow production travelers, shop routers, and work instructions

  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives

  • Support tooling fixture, gauge, and quality improvement projects

  • Assist all departments with inspection and quality verification activities


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 4 years of manufacturing quality inspection experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience using inspection tools and equipment

  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
