The Sr Inspector performs final visual, dimensional, functional, and documentation inspections on aerospace lubrication and scavenge pumps. This role verifies product conformity to approved technical data, customer requirements, Parker quality standards, and applicable FAA Part 145 requirements.

• Perform final inspection of repaired, overhauled, assembled, and tested aerospace articles and related components.
• Verify conformance to component maintenance manuals, drawings, service bulletins, work instructions, repair specifications, Airworthiness Directives, customer requirements, and other relevant technical data.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for workmanship, wear, damage, corrosion, contamination, configuration, identification, and proper assembly.
• Review test results, inspection records, routers, travelers, and repair station documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support return-to-service authorization by confirming required inspection and compliance information is complete.
• Verify traceability of serialized components, replacement parts, materials, and required documentation.
• Use dimensional inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and thread gauges.
• Confirm inspection tools and equipment are appropriate and within current calibration status before use.
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions, documentation issues, and process deviations.
• Work with technicians, quality, engineering, repair station leadership, and customer or regulatory representatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate, legible, complete, and retrievable inspection records.
• Follow Parker safety, quality, regulatory, and repair station procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aerospace inspection, MRO inspection, mechanical inspection, or a related quality role.
• Working knowledge of FAA Part 145 or another regulated environment.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, service bulletins, inspection plans, test procedures, and work instructions.
• Ability to inspect mechanical components and assemblies for condition, configuration, fit, finish, contamination, and workmanship.
• Familiarity with dimensional inspection methods (GD&T) and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to review test data and determine compliance with acceptance criteria.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product, process, and documentation discrepancies.
• Ability to document inspection results clearly and accurately.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Must understand, read, and write regulatory English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with technicians, quality personnel, engineering, customers, and regulatory representatives.
• Ability to comply with Parker policies and applicable FAA, customer, safety, quality, and repair station requirements.

• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
• Prior final inspection experience in an FAA Part 145 repair station.
• Experience with aerospace lubrication pumps, scavenge pumps, fuel pumps, hydraulic pumps, or similar precision mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of return-to-service documentation, FAA Form 8130-3 support requirements, or equivalent airworthiness documentation.
• Familiarity with AS9100, AS9110, ISO 9001, or equivalent aerospace quality systems.
• Prior inspection stamp authority or eligibility for repair station inspection functions.
• Intermediate computer skills, including electronic quality systems, ERP/MRP systems, and document control systems.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

• Pay Range: $26.6/hr to $40.15/hr
• Participation in Annual Incentive Program
