Join Our Team as a Laundry Attendant at the Tru by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport!

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a dependable Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating laundry equipment and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of linens and garments, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines, according to safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Sort and pre-treat soiled linens and garments to remove stains and prepare them for washing.
  • Load and unload laundry machines, ensuring proper capacity and distribution.
  • Monitor laundry cycles and adjust settings to ensure thorough cleaning and drying.
  • Inspect laundered items for quality control, removing damaged or stained items.
  • Fold and stack clean linens and garments, following hotel procedures for storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room, including regular cleaning of machines and surfaces.
  • Restock linens in guest areas as necessary.
  • Monitor inventory levels and request replenishment of laundry supplies.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
