Elite Vehicle Solutions is seeking a Part Time Quality Control Technician.
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and
craftsmanship. You will perform comprehensive inspections of electrical upfits, equipment installations, and specialized programming.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rigorous quality inspections on all vehicle builds to ensure compliance with company-approved methods and workmanship standards.
  • Test and verify 12-volt electrical systems, including emergency lighting, sirens, and communication equipment.
  • Program specialized vehicle components, such as SoundOff Signal and Code 3 systems.
  • Identify and document any rework issues, reporting them to the Shop Manager to ensure resolution.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to installation technicians regarding quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive electronics and 12-volt systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
  • Experience with vehicle upfitting or automotive electrical installation is preferred.
