Quality Control Manager

Join County Prestress, a leader in innovative building solutions, and play a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our construction materials. As our Quality Control Manager, you will drive quality initiatives that underpin every product we make—contributing to safer and more resilient infrastructures across the nation.

Performance Objectives
  • Develop and implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure all products meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Lead a dynamic team in conducting audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues swiftly, minimizing any operational disruptions.
  • Produce detailed quality reports and analyses to inform strategic decision-making and facilitate transparency with stakeholders.
  • Oversee compliance with federal and state safety regulations, ensuring all certification requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Drive innovation by recommending new tools and techniques to enhance quality control processes and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members, strengthening County Prestress’s commitment to professional development and quality excellence.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
