Position Summaryย 
We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst / Tester to work alongside a Business Analyst,ย Power Platform Architect / Lead Senior Developer, and cross-functional delivery team. Thisย roleย is responsible forย planning and executing manual and automated testing on businessย applicationย software ,ย ensuring high quality across apps, workflows, integrations, and data.ย 
The Tester will primarily use Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking,ย building traceability from user stories through test cases to release sign-off. The idealย candidate is comfortable testing low-code solutions end-to-end and developingย automation to scale regression coverage.ย 
Key Responsibilitiesย ย 
โ€ขDefine andย maintainย test strategy and testย plansย business application deliveryย (functional, regression, integration, data, security, performance).ย 
โ€ข Create and manage test suites, test cases, and test execution cycles in Azureย DevOps Test Plans, ensuring traceability to backlog items.ย 
โ€ข Design and build automated test scripts to support regression and critical-pathย validation (UI and/or API level).ย 
โ€ขย Validateย acceptance criteria with the Business Analyst and technical feasibility withย the Architect.ย 
โ€ข Perform end-to-end scenario testing across app โ†’ flow โ†’ data โ†’ integrationย surfaces.ย 
โ€ข Log, triage, and track defects in Azure DevOps, including severity/prioritizationย recommendations and retest confirmation.ย 
โ€ข Support release readiness by providing test completion reports, defect summaries,ย and go/no-go input.ย 
โ€ขย Participateย in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos, retros) and advise onย test effort and risk early.ย 
โ€ข Continuously improve QC practices: reusable test assets, automation coverage,ย and test data management.ย 
Qualificationsย ย 
โ€ข 4+ years in QC/testing roles with a blend of manual and automation testing.ย 
โ€ขย Demonstratedย experience with Azure DevOps Test Management (test plans, testย suites, test cases, defects, reporting).ย 
โ€ข Experience testingย low-codeย / SaaS / web applications with complex workflows andย data rules.ย 
โ€ข Strong understanding of testing fundamentals: test design techniques,ย 
boundary/negative testing, regression approaches, and risk-based testing.ย
