As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.
EMR - EPIC
Clinical Excellence Focus: Promotes the use of evidence based practice through the nursing process, protocols and procedures.

  • Assesses patient's status through interview, observation and physical assessment of actual problems and outcomes
  • Develops an individualized plan of care using a collaborative approach with the patient/family and health care team

Requirement description :
  • 1 year current MS/Neuro experience in a hospital setting
  • Previous travel preferred
  • NIHSS preferred
NEED: Resume, skills checklist for position,2 supervisory reference, license verification, certifications, covid vaccine/declination, IL Agency work license
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
  • Illinois

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : IL RN License Must be in hand at upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend and holiday commitment
On Call Requirements : TBD, unlikely
