Overview

Join our dynamic team in Clearwater, FL, as a Material Processor Quality Control! In this role, you willhelp ensure that electronic components, electro-mechanical parts, wiring assemblies and related materials meet the established quality, reliability and performance standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming electronic components, electro-mechanical parts, wiring assemblies and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate processing operations to identify any deviations from quality specifications.
  • Document and report any quality issues, collaborating with the production team to implement corrective actions.
  • Perform routine tests and measurements on materials to assess their quality and performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
  • Participate in regular quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-conscious work environment to promote safety, efficiency, and product integrity.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality control or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in quality control or materials processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with electronic components, cables, connectors, wiring harnesses, printed circuit boards (PCBs) or electro-mechanical assemblies is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, work instructions, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs) is a plus.
  • Experience using inspection tools, measurement devices, and basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
