Position Summary

The Quality Control Coordinator is a dynamic, high‑impact role that combines hands‑on jobsite inspections with involvement across multiple areas of the business, including estimating, sales, operations management, installation, and field training. This position is responsible for inspecting active and completed projects to ensure workmanship meets company standards, project specifications, and manufacturer requirements, while working closely with field teams, leadership, and manufacturer representatives.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

Education

Experience

  • At least 5 years in commercial roofing installation or roofing technical quality assurance Registered Roof Observer IIBEC certification a plus but not required

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre‑Employment Drug
  • Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
  • Ability to lift 100 LBS or more
  • Successful Background Check
  • Bilingual ( English/Spanish) Preferred
