Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for Quality Control to join our team in Islandia, New York. This individual will be responsible for aiming to ensure that the product and service provided is fit for purpose. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee warehouse products for Quality Assurance
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
  • Corresponding with Client through Emails
  • Proper email รฉtiquettes
  • Enforce plant quality standards
  • Oversee and maintain the Companyโ€™s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components.
  • Purchase Orders for warehouse materials.
  • Ensure that all quality assurance programs and procedures are being implemented correctly
  • Knowledge of compliance to Federal, State and local regulations
  • Increase awareness and evaluation of GMP's.
  • Follow all food Safety Requirements' and Good Manufacturing Practices as applicable to this position
  • Establish standards of service for client.
  • Daily tasks include, complaints, warehouse temps, weight/scale calibration, TempTales, Daily and weekly reports.
  • Perform other related duties in the department as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of GOLD.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications
  • Good communications skills
  • Experience in inventory control or related function
  • Detail-oriented and excellent people skills
  • Relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of Janitorial Duties
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Knowledge of GOLD STOCK (SAP)
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and nights
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
