Quality Control Inspector

Buffalo, NY (On-Site)
$18 – $25/hr + Bonus Opportunities

About the Job

We’re hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a busy manufacturing facility in Buffalo. This is a hands-on role on the production floor, checking products at different stages to make sure everything meets quality standards.

If you’ve worked in manufacturing, production, or quality control, this is a great opportunity with steady hours, strong benefits, and built-in time off throughout the month.

Schedule

  • Rotating schedule (Panama-style)
  • Mix of day and overnight shifts
  • Built-in days off every other week (long weekends)
  • Consistent, predictable schedule

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspect products throughout the production process (receiving, cutting, assembly, packaging, shipping)
  • Use basic tools like calipers and micrometers to take measurements
  • Record inspection results and production data
  • Flag defects or issues and report them to supervisors
  • Help support quality checks and basic problem-solving on the floor
  • Follow clear processes and guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years in manufacturing, production, or quality control preferred
  • Comfortable working on a production floor
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience using measurement tools is a plus
  • Degree is a plus, but not required
