Job description

Job Responsibilities/Function:
  • Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches.
  • Perform quality checks as required.
  • Control flow of syrup to production lines.
  • Set equipment parameters for operation.
  • Pre-Weigh ingredients for each batch
  • CIP sugar, mixing and syrup tanks
  • Complete batching sheets
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Pull water samples from mixing and syrup tanks for tasting
  • Follow GMP’s and Food Safety Guidelines.
  • Report any urgent Quality or Food Safety Incident to responsible Personnel
  • In the event of vacation or extended absence the Quality Control Batcher duties will be covered using overtime(other Quality Control Batcher).
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to Work in Team-Oriented Environment
  • Attention to Detail, Quality Focus, Organization, Supply Management, Dependability, Customer Focus and Internal Communications.
  • Able to lift, push and pull 50 or more pounds repeatedly during the duration of your shift.
