Job Summary

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting electronic components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications. This role supports manufacturing by identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and ensuring all products meet reliability and workmanship requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspections of electronic assemblies, subassemblies, and finished products
  • Use inspection tools such as microscopes, gauges, templates, and measuring devices
  • Verify that all required production processes have been completed correctly
  • Identify and document defects, non-conforming materials, and quality issues
  • Enter inspection results and quality data into electronic or manual systems
  • Notify appropriate personnel of quality concerns or abnormal defect trends
  • Provide feedback to production teams regarding non-conforming products
  • Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Assist in the disposition and handling of non-conforming materials
