Job Overview:

The Fulfillment QC will provide overall support to specific departments within the fulfillment center.ย  The ideal candidate will be maintaining quality control in each department. The Quality Control associate will ensure that company standards and operating procedures are adhered to regularly by auditing and problem solving accordingly.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build partnerships with internal customers to ensure content delivery is relevant to the current needs of the business
  • Continuously and effectively communicate best practices
  • Ensure all Quality Control standards are being met and optimized for each area
  • Log QC findings for documentation
  • Communicate with management on employee progress and error reports and provide next-step recommendations
  • Provides audits and support to only one area
  • Ensuring the departments are following processing based on QC expectations to service our customers.ย 
  • Answering any questions or concerns the department may have on items going to customers

Additional Responsibilities:

  • As assigned by the Manager

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Prior Quality control in fulfillment warehouse experience needed
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs independently
  • Extended periods of standing/walking
  • Ability to resolve pallet math and strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Strong computer knowledge is required
  • Must be able to operate a hand scanner to enter data into a Warehouse Management system

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with B&H processes, culture, and product lines
  • Previous or current knowledge of B&H policies and procedures

Physical Environment/Occupational Risks

  • Occasionally required to lift items, and packages up to 50lbs
  • Occasional use of a manual pallet jack
