Quality Control (Saw Line / Lumber Stacker) - $17-$18/hr - 1st Shift - Wanatah, IN
Pay: $17.00-$18.00/hr (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (CST) + overtime as needed
Location: Wanatah, IN (On-site)
Openings: 3
Job Type: Contract (W2)
Integrity Trade Services is hiring Quality Control / Saw Line Stacker associates for a manufacturing facility in Wanatah, Indiana. This is a hands-on role on the saw line where you'll inspect lumber for quality and dimensions, read a tape measure accurately, and stack/label product to specification in a fast-paced production environment.
What you'll do
  • Accurately read a tape measure and communicate measurements to the operator (good/bad + needed adjustments)
  • Inspect boards/materials for defects, damage, and correct dimensions
  • Remove finished product from saw equipment safely and efficiently
  • Stack, separate, and label lumber/building components to production standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S-minded)
  • Follow all safety requirements and proper PPE use (hearing/eye protection, gloves, steel toes, etc.)
  • Support operators and the production team as needed to hit daily quality and production goals
  • Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervision
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Manufacturing/warehouse/lumber yard experience is a plus (not required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable with standing, bending, twisting, and repetitive work for the full shift
  • Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a safety-first mindset
  • Willing to work overtime when needed
